I sent a weary, frustrated, sleepy email late in the night on September 30th 2017 to Varian Hans, my nutritional therapist.

So that’s what was going on.

I immediately emailed her to let her know that never mind, I figured out what the problem was…

And that’s how Varian became the first person – besides my my husband, lmao – to know about my second pregnancy.

She gave me support, guidance, and all of the nutritional therapy through 2 of my 3 pregnancies and post partum periods. She is my constant source of support, guidance – and my kick in the pants when I need it (which is often.)
