Even though I’m still not a huge proponent of Valentines Day, I have a come a long, long ways since my 18-year-old rage-against-the-machine-views of love. February 14th is recognized all over the United States and in many other countries as the universal day of love.
I am totally a gift-giver (that’s my L.L., for those of you who care) and on Valentines Day it’s become a U.S. tradition to exchange gifts between lovers. I don’t know about you, but when someone I love gives me a photo of their self, I keep it. That photo represents the person I love. A person I have memories with, a relationship; it is an icon, a symbol of something tangible, evidence of something beyond the image; it represents.

In my Chambre I & II packages the images I create are meant to capture the person in the image. Women around the world: You are more than a picture; more than a body.
