They were the couple who looked at me and said, “We want you, Anna. Out of of everyone else, you’re the photographer we pick for our wedding. When we met you we knew you were it.”
This is one of the weddings that is the most personal for me; one of the closest to my heart. Kurt and I befriended these two lovebirds only 3 or 4 months ago, but there was something that synced with the 4 of us – some sort of sameness.  Something unique and special. They are to date the only bride and groom, who, at the end of the day when half the guests had left and they had finally signed the license, looked at us and said, “Guys, how about a round of shots?” And we toasted to marriage and love with Jack Daniels.

They hung around into the next day to say goodbye to their family and friends. They love sincerely and deeply and honestly. They throw parties and they know how to chillaaax. She’s an Oklahoma girl and he’s a Texas boy (by way of California). She loves his eyes and he loves her smile. They both love hot tubs and good beer. But best: they know what grace is. They get it and they live it and they wedded with it.
